The trips are open to all sports levels.

We do not organize training courses but cycling and tourist trips.

We set up groups of levels (usually 2 groups per stay) so that everyone can ride at their own pace while enjoying the benefits of pedaling in a group. A cycling guide and a support vehicle generally accompany each group.

That said, the client must be at least able to complete the routes (distance and typography) provided for in the program for the various trips.

A sports aptitude certificate is required to participate in cycling trips.

The trips are open to all sports levels.

Accompanied stays are open to accompanying non-cyclists, up to one accompanying person per cyclist.

During these trips, while the cyclists are on the bike, we offer various activities in the mornings for those accompanying them. You will meet us at noon to share lunch then you can participate together in optional activities or freely enjoy your afternoons.

Visit one of our 4 types of trips (accompanied, independent, tailor-made, VIP), choose the trip that suits you, then send us a pre-booking request using the corresponding online forms, specifying the different options chosen and other specific wishes.

For accompanied, independent and VIP trips, the validation of your registration depends on the remaining availability. We therefore ask you to pre-register and we will get back to you as soon as possible, under 48 hours maximum (excluding weekends).

Accompanied trips are organized subject to a minimum number of participants. In the event of a reservation request, we will inform you as soon as possible as soon as this minimum number of participants is reached and we reserve the right to cancel the stay no later than 20 days before the start of the stay if it is not reached.

We are registered in the French register of travel and holiday operators under the number IM035200001.

In order to secure your stay, this implies in particular our subscription to a financial guarantee and a specific professional civil liability insurance.

Cancellation charges and retaining fees are as follows:

• 100% payment required on booking
• Once a payment has been made to secure your booking, a non-refundable administration fee of €100 will be retained per booking for any cancellations made at any point.
• Up to 15 days before your arrival date = €100 administration fee will be retained.
• Inside 14 days before the event, no refunds will be provided.

We strongly recommend that you take out a travel insurance policy that covers you for all eventualities and activities you are undertaking on your holiday including cancellation or curtailment, especially to cover cancellations where you are unable to receive a full refund. Any refunds due will be issued once the monies have been received back from the relevant suppliers which could take up to 14 business days. You will then be contacted to process this back to your original payment card over the phone, this will normally process within 3 to 5 business days but may take up to 14 business days.
