Cancellation Charges & Retaining fees
- 100% payment required on booking
- Once a payment has been made to secure your booking, a non-refundable administration fee of €100 will be retained per booking for any cancellations made at any point.
- Up to 15 days before your arrival date = €100 administration fee will be retained.
- Inside 14 days before the event, no refunds will be provided.
We strongly recommend that you take out a travel insurance policy that covers you for all eventualities and activities you are undertaking on your holiday including cancellation or curtailment, especially to cover cancellations where you are unable to receive a full refund.
Any refunds due will be issued once the monies have been received back from the relevant suppliers which could take up to 14 business days.
You will then be contacted to process this back to your original payment card over the phone, this will normally process within 3 to 5 business days but may take up to 14 business days.
