Join our mid summer camp with your objective in mind. There is nothing like having a goal to aim for and putting in the work to achieve it! On September 7th i will be riding the Etape de Ireland on the roads of Kerry Ireland. The challenging route is not for the faint hearted! Join me, Dan Martin, on my home roads in Andorra for a mini Pro style altitude training camp ideally positioned as a big block of training in the run up to the big day, where i will also give advise on training the weeks before the event and a nutrition plan to optimise not only your performance but your enjoyment for the Etape!
